About Us
Look, I’m not here to write some long-winded essay about my life like most coaches do. This program isn’t about me. I’m no one special. I’m a former drunk and binge eater who got tired of my own crap. But there’s nothing I’ve got that you don’t.
I know your struggle because it was mine too. The problem isn’t that you don’t know  what to eat. You know that grabbing a Frappuccino every morning from Starbucks isn’t the smartest move. You know sneaking candies and hiding the wrappers is a joke. You’re fully aware of how bad it is to hit up fast food so often.
Sure, I’ll teach you how to transition to whole foods. But it’s not going to blow your mind when I suggest eating more fruits and vegetables. You won’t be shocked when I tell you to eat breakfast or keep an eye on your fiber intake. Because you already know this stuff.

Our program isn’t just about what to eat, it’s about how to think. Your biggest obstacle is you. Yes, we’ll talk about why your metabolism and brain are wired the way they are when it comes to food. But mainly, we need to rewrite how you handle your feelings.
Having a bad day at work? A tub of ice cream isn’t going to fix it. You’ll have breakups, arguments, heartbreaks—but you’re going to stop eating your way through it.
How? My team and I are going to teach you how to feel, how to cry, how to scream, and how to sit with your thoughts without food. And then, you’ll learn how to move the hell on.
The person you want to become? She doesn’t magically appear at your goal weight. She starts showing up now. We’ll create the healthy you together. And if you have to fake it until you make it—do it. That’s exactly what I did. None of this was natural for me either.
You think 30 years of denying my feelings just stopped overnight? No way. You think 30 years of binging Taco Bell out of boredom went away with a simple decision? Well, actually, yes.
How? I started acting like the 150-pound version of me. I had to create her. I literally wrote her down, like a story. And I’ve been rehearsing ever since.
I practiced saying no, setting boundaries, walking away from junk, and moving my body. That’s what the healthy me did. I leaned into it, because I had nothing to lose. All my best ideas landed me on an operating table for weight loss surgery.
And today? I’m not only that person I dreamed of—I get to teach thousands of others how to rewrite their own stories too.
