There is no magic protein bar, macro formula, or perfect workout plan that will fix your life. I get hundreds of DMs daily across all my platforms with people asking, "I'm regaining weight. I'm not moving. What do I do?" They want an easy fix—tracking macros, a quick reset, or a new meal planner. But the real question is: What are you eating?

For many, the answer is a ton of processed food. And when I ask if they’re ready to change, most hesitate. Here’s the hard truth: Many people undergo bariatric surgery but aren’t actually ready to change their habits. Surgery alone isn’t enough—you have to put in the work.
